A single-origin biodynamic and bioregional hydrosol.

Distilled by hand in Tidelands House stone cottage stillroom using the traditional artisan steam extraction method in a pure copper still.

This is a limited-release specialty distillate, and the bottle will feature a minimal product label.

Wild Melissa, also known as Honey Balm (Melissa officinalis L), is sustainably and tenderly gathered from the hedgerows and bramble of Tideland House historic stone carriage house garden at the perfect seasonal ripeness to ensure the nutrient-rich properties are encapsulated in their potent distillate. This season, they have combined their beloved Wild Honey Balm Essence with fermented Spring Violets gathered from their organic allotment.

This craft hydrosol is prepared only once per year in limited availability.

Antioxidant-Rich:

• Honey Balm: Contains potent antioxidants that nourish and protect the skin, promoting toning, and brightness.
• Wild Violets: Rich in antioxidants, which protect the skin, while supporting a vibrantly looking complexion.

Soothing Properties:

• Honey Balm: Contains rosmarinic acid and other soothing compounds that help reduce the look of redness, irritation, and more, making it ideal for soothing sensitive skin.
• Wild Violets: Contain natural soothing agents that can calm the skin and reduce symptoms of conditions like eczema, acne, and rashes, promoting clearer and calmer looking skin.

Moisturizing:

• Honey Balm: Helps retain moisture in the skin, preventing dryness and promoting a soft, supple looking texture.
• Wild Violets: The mucilage content provides a natural moisturizing effect, deeply hydrating dry skin and maintaining a healthy moisture balance, making it feel smooth and refreshed.

This hydrosol is the perfect pairing with Tidelands House entire facial serum collection.

How to Use: Shake the product well with each use and mist into the palm of the hand, adding a few drops of your favourite facial serum. Blend and apply to the face, neck and chest. It may also be enjoyed as a fragrant body mist. Mist this spray and inhale the calming aroma during moments of unease.

Use within 8 months of opening.
