Luminosity Potion can be used on wet, damp or dry skin. The unique formula transforms into a cream/oil hybrid on contact with water. When used on wet skin (or blended with a drop of water in your palm before applying) it will have a lighter feel and absorb more quickly. When used on dry skin, Luminosity Potion will feel like a facial oil, take longer to absorb and feel protective on the skin.
