Moderating ghrelin may produce a sense of satiety or fullness, leading to appetite control. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program, this may assist with weight management.

  Suggested use

  As a dietary supplement, take one tablet with each meal. Two tablets may be taken with meals high in carbohydrates.
