    Suggested use

    Adults, chew 1 to 2 tablets after a meal. Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. Discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

    Adequate calcium as part of a healthful diet, along with exercise may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life.

    Other ingredients

    Xylitol, dextrin, stearic acid, natural mint flavor, natural vanilla flavor, maltodextrin, silica, cellulose, citric acid, monk fruit extract.
