How to use:

MORNING

Rinse your face and body with water. Gently lather the Glow 190 Ceramide Glow Boosting Soap all over the skin and rinse well. Then apply Glow 190 Daily Ceramide Essence Toner. Gently pat onto your face with your hands or cotton pad. No need to rinse. Then apply Glow 190 Daily Ceramide Sunscreen SPF30 in gentle upward strokes and circular motion by using your fingers, massage your skin, starting with the center of your face outwards.

NIGHT

Rinse your face and body with water. Gently lather the Glow 190 Ceramide Glow Boosting Soap all over the skin and rinse well. Then apply Glow 190 Daily Ceramide Essence Toner. Gently pat onto your face with your hands or cotton pad. No need to rinse. Then apply Glow 190 Daily Ceramide Moisturizing Gel in gentle upward strokes and circular motion by using your fingers, massage your skin, starting with the center of your face outwards. Let it stay overnight.
